I took your advice and I'm eating healthier and I feel a lot better in day to day activities. I can also run 3+ miles in ~26 minutes and really feel pretty afterwards. I started off struggling to get to a mile.
I'm curious of a few things.
What are some healthy low calorie cereals aside from shredded wheat (it tastes like poo). Is it that much worse to get frosted mini wheats? I read cinnamon toast crunch isnt all that bad but it has 10 grams of sugar per cup. I love cinnamon, so maybe there is a cereal with cinnamon that doesnt have such a high sugar content?
What are some healthy soups? I love chicken noodle, actually i like beef flavored soups better.
What kinds of yogurt are healthy but dont taste like crap?
I'm gonna try those whole grain pepperidge farm breads when i go to the grocery store

For cereals, raisin bran is very good...also you can check out Kashi brand cereals...they have a lot of healthy varieties that also taste fairly good.
as far as soup goes...find the healthy choice varieties from campbells or progresso...find the lowest sodium, highest potassium, lowest carb soups possible.
the BEST yogurt as far as I'm concerned is Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt. Every single flavor they have is amazing, low carb, and very high protein.
