I heard of somebody using melanotan for getting pretty tanned up. Can you explain the process and the pros/cons?

Is there anything to replace tuna on keto?  My dad is always pissed because the house smells like tuna even tho I make sure to wash everything lol.  So Any ideas?

this question was just answered 3 times in the last two pages...lol very odd.

anyway....eggs are usually the BEST substitute....hard boiled, scrambled, any style really...another selection is sliced meat and cheese ( all low sodium) such as turkey + munster cheese

Hey Raynor :) I took your advice and I'm eating healthier and I feel a lot better in day to day activities. I can also run 3+ miles in ~26 minutes and really feel pretty afterwards. I started off struggling to get to a mile.

I'm curious of a few things.

What are some healthy low calorie cereals aside from shredded wheat (it tastes like poo). Is it that much worse to get frosted mini wheats? I read cinnamon toast crunch isnt all that bad but it has 10 grams of sugar per cup. I love cinnamon, so maybe there is a cereal with cinnamon that doesnt have such a high sugar content?

What are some healthy soups? I love chicken noodle, actually i like beef flavored soups better.

What kinds of yogurt are healthy but dont taste like crap?

I'm gonna try those whole grain pepperidge farm breads when i go to the grocery store :D

Thank you sooo much sir :D

For cereals, raisin bran is very good...also you can check out Kashi brand cereals...they have a lot of healthy varieties that also taste fairly good.

as far as soup goes...find the healthy choice varieties from campbells or progresso...find the lowest sodium, highest potassium, lowest carb soups possible.

the BEST yogurt as far as I'm concerned is Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt. Every single flavor they have is amazing, low carb, and very high protein.

very dangerous product. Not enough clinical trials have been performed. In addition, artifically stimulating melanin production in a healthy human body is also linked to advanced forms of skin cancer and oddly enough brain disease. I would avoid using this product and stick to the good old fashioned way....use the sun. Personally now that I no longer compete, I stay out of the sun as much as possible to avoid pre-mature aging, skin damage, and wrinkles. A little sun is good, 20-30 minutes a day...any more than that is too much and can cause damage.

edit: also forgot to mention...that product also is being used to treat sexual dysfunction...the skin pigmentation purpose is now considered secondary lol

After taking your advice and meditating to find out inner soul searching, I came to the conclusion nothing truly makes me happy inside, something is indeed wrong with me.

I've also been angrier with people, always thinking of the wrong of them and not the good.
