Was just a quick picture, probably about 2 months of good working out? My max is 155 x 1 & 135 x 4 on bench. I obviously started out very VERY small.

WOAH WOAH WOAH....do you know someone named taz?

-->

220 lbs --> 176 lbs

190 cm tall / 6'1' I think dunno. 2 years period, no supplements used.

This is fucking GZ brah. Look really good.
This is sorta what I hope to accomplish, but in three months time. You lost about 50 pounds, I'm looking to lose about 25-30 and sorta look tone, like you, but less.

Congrats on the accomplishment.

I'm sure I could use some tips.

I do have stomach/intestinal issues so I can't keep a strict diet. My typical diet is... protein shake w/ a fiber bar for breakfast, a turkey wheat wrap w/ tomato/lettuce for lunch w a diet pepsi, a turkey sandwich (gym days) or pasta (non gym days) with another diet pepsi for dinner. I rarely snack. I drink plenty of water.

It would be hard to get away from pop altogether. I'm sick of the tiny bit of fat on my stomach that won't go away.

Work out routine - Gym mon/wed. 30min resistance cardio then 45min of lifting. Chest/Arms/Tricep one day and Back/Bicep the other. Sat I'll use my bowflex to bench, curl and do triceps. On off days I have an ab routine (love my ab wheel).

This is the best I can do... These are a little old. Now my stomach doesn't look as good but overall everything else is good. I weigh 155-165 at 5'7. My health issues cause me to fluctuate because I just can't eat sometimes.

Well that's HOW you find a routine that works for you. You look at other peoples' routines for starters.
