To enhance the size of your vessells you will need three things:

1. A vasodilator (Arginine AAKG + Ornithine works great for this)

2. Cycles of High and Low Sodium in your diet (focus on higher sodium content 1 week every month....for the other 3 weeks hit sodium low) this alternating sodium level will help vascularity.

3. Sugar cycle (once a week load up on simple carbs and sugar) this will cause a MASSIVE pump which will increase the size of your vessels tremendously (temporarily though).

This is the best I can recommend.

thanks, i've read up on "sodium cycling"... sounds interesting, but i'm def. gonna have to do more research before i actually consider it

About the cardio after weights...People say to take your protein shake within 30 min of workout, so should you lift, take your shake, then run?  Or just wait on the shake until after your cardio?

When cutting you do not need your protein right away...instead you will substitute BCAA (branch chain amino acids) in the pill or liquid form. Basically just take BCAA's every hour when not eating (or every 30 minutes when training) and you do not need to worry about immediate protein.

what exactly is the importance of complex carbs when trying to gain weight? i know i'm supposed to eat quite a bit of them but i never knew why haha

Complex carbs replace glycogen over time rather than spike insulin abruptly. This gives your body sustained energy throughout the day and will feed it so your body does not have to start catabolizing fat and lean tissues. Eating a ton of complex carbs during bulking basically allows you to keep all of the gains you make, and gives you a ton of energy for which to make those gains. In addition, do not forget to take a simple sugar right after a workout before consuming protein. This will spike your insulin and allow the muscles to generate rapid uptake of nutrients.

Haha, guess that's not for me. *thumps area over heart* "Keep on pumping baby!!!"

Heart murmur, have had very very bad pains from it, had it scanned "ain't nuttin wrong wit it!". Don't think it's documented, which is good, red tape can be a bitch with diagnosed shit like that.

Like SKC said just do BCAAs when you do them. You dont need much, maybe 10 grams or 4 teaspoons
