I'll post in probably a month or two.. doing a strength routine atm. Like 4-5 weeks ago it was 275, so we'll see
point is though, i got 225x9 after a few heavy sets like 2 months ago.. and I'm stronger now so I'd guess at least 11-12 which is why i said that lol
Yeah iunno, incline has always been a strong point for me
But I can put up 315 on flat but on incline it's only like 275 or 285 so the incline's been falling behind a little lol
