i dunno. i did too many warm-up sets on my 185x1, but i still think that's just about my max. couldn't tell you honestly...

yeah basically I came off my cycle lost all motivation and
missed out on a month of the gym

once my strength went from amazing to pussy I had the hardest time
mentally getting ready for the gym

the next 4-5 months I'd miss the gym for 3-4 days at a time and didn't take it as serious
as I should of

as well as I didn't dead lift once on my cycle so I started with those, but they were weak.

I spent the last 2 years ranging from 180ish to 190ish and back,
and most recently have been focusing on gaining weight
and being successful, if I had honestly done this 2 years ago
or after my cycle I think I could be at 225-230 by now.

goal is 215 and to slow cut to 195-200

Seems like you'd be able to press 200


it does actually. Ethan never handled heavy weight. It's normal to lose rep fast.

It happens to beginner lifter who never handled heavy weight. They tend to lose reps fast when increasing the weights on the bar. Muscles fibers + lifting exp basically

Cut progress pics... still cutting, definitely need to keep cutting for a bit. My birthday was a good 3500 calorie cheat day.

& for the person/couple people who said I can't squat 400: suck my dick. Aiming for 440 by the end of my next bulk.
