Alright, so if I make those changes this diet will be good for fat loss and muscle gain?

Does whole grain pasta count in the same category as brown rice?

I am 5'10 203 20 years old (almost 21)

Thanks again!

Yes if you make changes you would be going closer to fat loss...for a real fat loss fix, here is the modified diet below:

Wake up - take 2-3x jet fuel with 20 oz water on empty stomach - wait 20-35 minutes before eating meal 1

3 eggs with 1 oz low sodium cheddar cheese w/ 1 slice whole grain breadt (take 2x Now Adam 1x gel cap here)

Workout for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then light cardio for 20 minutes

NOW! whey protein shake or Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Shake - 1.5 scoops w/ strawberries or blueberries

6oz lean steak, 1 cup of broccolii, and 1 small sweet potato or 1 cup of cooked whole grain pasta or 3/4 cup cooked brown rice.

1 and 1/2 cans of tuna with olive oil mayonaise on a green salad with a whole medium sized tomatoe and 2 slices of cheese, and about 12 cherries.

1 NOW! whey protein shake or optimum nutrition protein shake (12oz) - 1 scoop - with handful of almonds

1 cup cottage cheese with 1 tbsp peanut butter and cinnamon (Take NOW Adam 1x gel cap here)

Hey man. First off, congrats on the TT! Well deserved.

I am going back on the keto tomorrow because it just makes life a hell of alot easier in regards to losing weight for me.

Is it ok to eat bacon instead of cheese for breakfast? Last time I was on keto that is what I did. Didn't know if that was the best way to go about losing fat or not. Lmk :D

Hey there...thanks for the nice words =)

Yes, you can substitute bacon for the cheese no problem....keto is definitely superior.

Hey there.

Yes Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex (the one you sent me) is the correct one. It is a blend of various proteins, mostly whey and whey isolate.

When cutting is ice water preferred to room temp or colder water?
Also, what kind of workout could one get solely from resistance bands, working out from home I was considering getting some just wondering how effective they can be

So that is better than NOW protein or NOW protein isolate?

Thanks as usual!

ice water is preferred for cutting.

Resistance bands are better than bodyweight alone, but not nearly as effective as machines and freeweights.

For working out at home, I would recommend:

1. Dumbbells (varying weights)
2. An olympic barbell with weight plates
3. Resistance Bands
4. E-Z bar w/ clips
5. Pull up bar
6. Basic flat bench

These are all fairly inexpensive and can be kept in a small area.

HOWEVER, if you need to keep the cost truly minimal, resistance bands alone will be fine.

Depends....the regular NOW! whey protein (megapack) is a blend and pretty good for overall use...also cheaper.

The isolate is VERY good for fast absorption and maximum utilization.

So technically the isolate is overall better...but the mix is not far behind.

I just realized I only asked you half of my question haha!

I was wondering if you reccommend the now isolate or the pro complex?

Thanks as always!
