Grats on the tag Raynor, long overdue, imo :)

Also a quick question, does toasting whole-grain bread make it lose any nutrients? and if so, how much?
Google gave me conflicting answers :( Thanks! ^^

alright thanks a lot Raynor.

Thing is I was already doing good amounts of cardio.... ( 6mile MISS 3X A WEEK, 30min HIIT 2x's a week, and then 1 day of AM/PM HIIT) lol

But ne who I definatly feel more confident about doing the sodium/water depletion.  I WANT THAT DRY LOOK BABY!

Not only that but I also might b being too hard on myself, I no i dont have pro conditioning rightn ow but im pretty sure im doin ight for "teen"

What I might do is try the back feeding for this comp, and then with the extra few weeks of dieting, try front loading at my second comp (4wks after this one, its a natural one!)

Thoughts on potassium sup the last week?

Thanks Raynor, You have been so much help!

Hey man...

potassium supps are not necessary per se....but a good balance of 2x potassium to every 1x sodium is pretty good for maintaining electrolytes and preventing cramping. You can supplement with potassium pills (only 99mg each are allowed by the FDA), or you could just eat cooked spinach and brussel sprouts. 1 cup of cooked spinach has around 800mg potassium and 1 cup of cooked brussel sprouts has around 600 mg potassium. Both are low carb and acceptable to eat - better than potassium pills.

Oh n also Raynor,

Yea I still workout fasted (bcaas) and then my next 2-3meals contain their starchy carbs and then after that (so about 1pm) I stop starch carbs and the rest are fibrous (brocolloi)

yes...that's good...but be careful of the 2nd meal of "starchy" carbs, they should be all complex...from sources like sweet potatoes and brown rice or oats. No sugar here, like from white rice/white flour/regular pasta/etc.

Hello there SKCRaynor

Ever since about 3 years go, back in high school, i've been working on getting my weight down. Eating right, going to the gym, running, and so on... Lost so far a total of 80lbs. Going from 309 (age 17) to 230 felt amazing. The women didn't seem to mind either  :P

But since then I've started to get LAZY. I still go walk about 1-2 miles a day, but my body craves more of a work out..

Alot has happened since those 80 pounds. One of which includes me loosing me job due to a fire... Making me unable to pay for my gym membership. Right as i could see all my muscles start to form to! So i'm kind of stuck in a rut... I know you dont need a gym to get a decent work out though. I can get a bar to attempt Pull-ups and i have the ground as my work section.

My question to you is could you help me put a full body workout together? Something that doesn't require weights or any equipment. I really want to work on my stomatch area... To get rid of this keg belly i have. If need I can fill up some 1 gallon jugs with water and use those as weights. MOTIVATION ISN'T A PROBLEM

My goal was and still is to reach my 100 pounds lose mark And to change my life for the better. Any help is appreciated!

Hey there, thanks a lot for the kind words =)

No, toasting bread does not do anything to the nutrients. All it does is evaporate some of the moisture in the bread making it more dense. Nutritional value is exactly the same.

Is it better to train 1h at once or 2x 30min sessions? Because I do 30min when I wake up and 30min once im back from school.

You really do deserve that trusted tag man. Good job.

I have another question.

Can/should women use Gat Jet Fuel? Or is there another fat burner you reccommend?

How is this for a days meals:

3 eggs with low salt cheddar cheese on two pieces of wheat toast (take 2x Now Adam 1x gel cap here)

Workout arms for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then light cardio for 20 minutes since my ankles and knees have been bothering me for some reason.

1 Muscle milk (12oz) with strawberries

2 small pieces of steak some brocalli, and a baked potatoe with low salt cheddar cheese and sour cream

1 and 1/2 cans of tuna with olive oil mayonaise on two pieces of wheat bread with a whole medium sized tomatoe and 2 slices of cheese, and about 12 cherries.

1 muscle milk (12oz) with fruit, and some almonds.

1 cup cottage cheese with blueberries (Take NOW Adam 1x gel cap here)

Whats the difference between GAT JetFUEL PYRO, 120 Liqui-Caps and regular GAT Jet Fuel?

Thanks so much. and congrats again.
