EDIT: how's about less talk of the cycles (not legal discussion) and more commentary on the progress. Some people are willing to give more to get results. nn to hate on that :)

Was thinking the same thing tbh. I have friends who have run epi/trenazone cycles that keep most of their size and all their strength

Are you referring to size gains? Ive witnessed people add 70 lbs to a max and maintain it :O

I don't really see why people care about people having roided or not. The only moment when it makes a difference is at a level nobody here has reached. Otherwise, it's simply like pressing fastforward with your training. You get better, but still look like natural. We cannot blame a guy for having the results of 5 years of training in 2 for having roided. Then we would have to diss on others who have trained for longer than us as well and consider unfair the comparison lol. Nah.

Dan is doing well. Who the fuck cares whether or not he roided 2 years ago lol. Does that change your life, or take credit/merit from your own training and effort exerted? Nope.

lol dan come meet my roommates one day. actually better yet, we can all go to the western gym together. the boys are both approaching your size, maybe a little less thick cause 6'3" or so but 220-230 a piece

yeah my legs are pipe cleaners compared to my arms

but i still atg 375 for reps atm, and front squat 2 plates, 10 reps is my pb (1 second pause at bottomo)

i just cant get them to grow
im also a sprinter, which could be a reason

@ chris

ill come meet them
they're prob bigger at that weight and height haha

375 atg and only 220 for front? That's kinda strange I think.

Oh, and being a long-distance runner could hinder your gains in your legs, but I guess that sprinting would help if any.

However, I've always thought they look mighty good! I still remember some pic you posted here some time ago, sitting on the edge of your bed and pic taken from the side, which made me think "well there are some fucking huge hammies" :lol:

i 375 back squat for 5 atm
i 225 for 10 front.

with a 1 second pause at the bottom of my squat (fronts)

and i always do them directly after back
so not sure what i can squat front with fresh
