Hey Raynor.  Today while I was squatting the bar slipped a little when I was doing low bar squat.  It was uncomfortable on my left shoulder so I racked it and regripped.  It was only 225 so it wasn't like it was alot for me.  My shoulder has been numb ever since.  the muscle that runs directly down the middle of my shoulder is sore to the touch but it doesn't hurt to move it in any direction at all.  Should i be worried or did I just pinch a nerve?

No worries at all, this has happened to me countless times lol.

I would just ice it, rest it, and let it heal on it's own...no big problem. If you start feeling sharp pains after about 24 hours, that could be a bad sign. Pay attention to it.

what would you like to know?

It doesn't have a total effect of blood sugar like regular sugar....however it does raise blood sugar levels somewhat (just much less than regular sugar). In addition, sugar alcohols tend to be associated with harmful artificial sweeteners - I would avoid.

As far as keto goes, sugar alcohol is a NO GO.

anything more specific you wanted answered about that?

yeah I am in the same situation. There really aren't any GOOD protein bars out there BESIDES the VPX Zero impact pumpkin supreme - which truly live up to their "supreme" title.

Also, a good "BREAKFAST" bar is the Honey Stinger Bar. High sugar, but all from honey, with 20g whey protein. Highly recommend those for bulking morning snacks before gym or cardio.

Hey man...

A cheat once a week will DEFINITELY not hurt you...I make it a point to have an entire cheat meal once a week - which includes dessert.

Hey there.

Yes, stick to 5x5 for about 3-4 months. After that you will switch up to hypertrophy training for another 3-4 months...and then back to 5x5. By alternating these two plans gives your body maximum results.

Is diet soda bad for you if you want to lose weight? I found articles on the net about the body responds to it as being something sweet hence leading to weightgains. Also if it's bad / not bad, how much diet soda can one drink a day without it having any consequences.
Also, how much water can you drink a day? Unlimited? I've heard too much can damage the body.

For pure mass building, I really like Cytosport Cytogainer. Absolutely great stuff on bulking cycles. Has creatine in it as well, so no real need to add additional.

I got a speech on my english lesson tomorrow, and I can talk about anything - so I think bodybuilding / health & fitness would be awesome to talk about.

The speech should be around 5-10 minutes.

So, some basics would be good to talk about, could you give me some good basics / interested things, that could be nice to tell my classmates?

Link to website, or anything basic you know. :)
