little update.

Failed to train properly last week. I did half a workout haha. Lost a bit of size on legs after almost 2 months without squats/deads


sitting at 165 9-10% bf


still have dat aesthetic

FUARK that's a weird angle on your leg, lol.

How long have you been lifting and how many lbs of muscle roughtly have you added since you started that ontop of your gymnastics (or whatever you wanna call it)?

And I didn't get an answer on some random thread the other weel.
When I go to the farm next I'll get an 'Aube' fan sign for you if you put it in your profile. :P
With all dem pigs I have, and about 8 piglets. B)

Started in may 2011 and stopped 2 month everything in march/april 2012. I squatted and deadlifted from may 2011 to nov 2011 and may 2012 to august 2012 (on and off). Truth is I spent most of my time regaining the strength I have lost on those.

So lifted for 15 months and squat/deadlifted for 11 months


went from 138-148 with gymnastics and 148-175 with weightlifting then slowly decreased to 165 to keep my strength.

Ah sick man, some good gains. DAT BACON!

A few months ago I was planning to bulk from septemberish-march or so but instead, now I've applied for the army I'm just kind of maintaining.
When I come out @ 23-24 hopefully, I'll start lifting again and get dem aesthetics back and try get 7-8%. B)
