little update.
Failed to train properly last week. I did half a workout haha. Lost a bit of size on legs after almost 2 months without squats/deads

How long have you been lifting and how many lbs of muscle roughtly have you added since you started that ontop of your gymnastics (or whatever you wanna call it)?
