Eww no... remember I'm post injury so I started smolov 3 weeks ago while being pretty weak haha. Last time I squated (pre-injury) it was in Oct-nov...and I started lifting last summer.

Getting back on 5/3/1 so we'll see how it goes. I might do my first meet in November 2012.

Don't have any squat rack or bumper plates? :)


First deads in 5 months. Testing to find my training max for my next 5/3/1 cycle.

Lower back was giving up so I did not try heavier. I'm not doing angry cat deadlifts :)

here you go 165kg/364lbs for a decent start I guess.

Yes, but I simply don't like the idea of collapsing with all that weight on me, I don't know :/
