Aite, I'm 13 y/o.
6'0" 133 pounds.

I'm playing basketball, but I tend to get tired near the end.

Whats something easy that can help me improve my stamina that doesn't have to do with my diet/require special equipment?

lmk if you need any more info.

13 and your 6'0"? Holy shit, but yes you really are lean. As for your stamina, just play some pick-up basketball, that's what I did anyways. When you can't play, just run, swim, or jumprope.

This is very simple. To improve stamina requires repetition.

This means, practice by RUNNING....the more you run (both in frequency and distance....and speed for that matter) will increase your stamina.

edit:

as for your weight...yes you are very lean, but this is obviously because you must have grown quite quickly in a short period of time - you will eventually fill out, and at your age I won't be recommending any weight gainers...just eat healthy and frequently. However - if you are still having a problem gaining weight at 15+ yrs old - then I recommend Cytosport Cytogainer.

well besides running....jumping rope is sensible...as well as any other calisthenics at a sustained cardiovascular pace. (literally just moving around vigorously...doesn't have to be a specific exercise...even if its just jogging in place...or jumping jacks)
