Hey Raynor,

If I am using the muscle milk cyto sport powder should each of my "Muscle Milk Meals" be 6oz or 12oz?

For mixing muscle milk whats a good way to keep it from clumping in the water?

I am waiting untill the muscle milk I ordered is gone before I get into the whey stuff.

If for some reaso I cant go to the gym one weekday, can I go ahead and do that day on a saturday or sunday instead?

How much better is Keto than what I am doing now?

muscle milk should use as much water as needed to ensure it doesn't clump, 12oz is much better. Also try using a blender or the "shaker pro" at bodybuilding.com

Yes you can work out on a sat/sun instead if you miss a day during the week.

Keto is EXTREMELY effective at fat loss - You can lose the most fat and retain the most muscle while on it.

I normaly take 1 protein shake approx 45mins before workout and one strait away when ive finished....

SKC - I have been looking at the Keto Diet and was wondering about the meal plan: and the question i have is, do i eat the same thing day in, day out i.e the meal plan below everyday if not i was wondering if you can suggest some other days im thinking about giving it a shot i like everything on the list: cheese, beef, chicken, tuna and cottage cheese lol so sounds like the better diet for me just dont want to get bored of the same things and when you say heavy cream what do you mean (would that be double cream in Uk)

Meal Plan:


Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs + 1 oz full fat cheese w/ 1/2 cup green peppers
Meal 2 - 1 zero carb protein shake w/ 3 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 3 - 1 salad with chicken breast and 2 tbsp olive oil + vinegar
Meal 4 - 1 can of tuna + 2 oz full fat cheese + 2-3 tbsp mayo + green veggies (celery, green pepper, etc)
Meal 5 - 6oz ground beef (80/20) with grated romano cheese, 4tbsp tomato sauce, and green veggies
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + either 3tbsp heavy cream or 2tbsp olive oil w/ 8-10 almonds.

And also what GAT Jet Fuel is the best i googled it and there was a couple of different ones (liquid ect) or do you know of any good ones available in the UK

you can do both, but it's best to take it AFTER a workout
