i go to the gym 5days a week and i try my best to hit every main muscle part i know (This really isn't my kind of smarts so im sorta clueless). But i'm really here to ask for a easy good diet plan for me. I'm trying to cut fat. Aiming mostly for the fab around my belly. ill do a super set of 5 diff ab's 3x times. (i dont know the name of the ab work outs i was just showed by some chineese guy with a 12 pack)
But do u have any opinions for me or do you know any other super set ab works out i can do befor working out? and Hows running lol?

there is a LOT you need to do to fix things up.
First of all, you will have to change your diet completely...so if it means changing the items you buy from the grocery store, you just might have to do that.
