Yes! that is perfectly okay to do that...and it is actually the preferred method. I like to use the underside of my bed.

Hey there, please use the complete RICE method (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)

I recommend a FULL week of rest, no activity whatsoever. Keep it compressed with the tape and/or a brace. In addition, you need to keep it elevated and use ice therapy (20 on 40 mins off several times a day)

You can also take ibuprofen to reduce inflammation.

If after a week there is no improvement to your condition, you will need to see a sports medicine doctor who can talk to you about surgical options (which are usually very helpful if nothing else works)

I've had this problem for a long time and have rested for months at a time and it goes away but will always come right back so is it safe to assume the rice method wont work and if it goes away is there a way to prevent it to avoid surgery.

hey Raynor,

let me give some info about me.

5'9
175

i go to the gym 5days a week and i try my best to hit every main muscle part i know (This really isn't my kind of smarts so im sorta clueless). But i'm really here to ask for a easy good diet plan for me. I'm trying to cut fat. Aiming mostly for the fab around my belly. So i sorta need a "easy" diet plan that i can follow around any house hold without making some sort of big shopping list if possible.

I also have a few question about helping my goal. (losing some fat around belly area) Here is somthing ill do every other day to warm up and let my jack3d kick in.

ill do a super set of 5 diff ab's 3x times. (i dont know the name of the ab work outs i was just showed by some chineese guy with a 12 pack)

But do u have any opinions for me or do you know any other super set ab works out i can do befor working out? and Hows running lol?

LAST THING!!

supplements?

only thing i take now is:
JACK3D
YOK3D
MUSCLE MILK (i got a whole dozen of these givin to me)

if u need any other info to help me pm me. Thx for ur time.

If it always comes back, you really need to see a sports medicine doctor and get their professional opinion. They will want to take xrays and possibly other imaging. In addition there will be talk of surgical intervention or maybe less invasive experimental treatments. I would definitely go this route for now as it seems that you have a chronic condition.

Hey there...

there is a LOT you need to do to fix things up.

First of all, you will have to change your diet completely...so if it means changing the items you buy from the grocery store, you just might have to do that.

here is the sample cutting diet (non-keto)

sample cutting diet (non-keto) 2,000 cals

Next, we move onto abs, here is my complete abs guide:

now we move into the full cutting workout routine:

Lastly, supplements, here you go:

Fat loss 15 tips

pick ONE of the two diets above...keto I recommend but it is much harder for someone to do who isn't used to it or willing to commit to such a change of diet.

The workouts are very effective and should be performed properly...no slacking.

let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
