hello SKC i calculated my BMR at 2843.9 times that by 1.725 and the total is my daily calorie intake to stay the same weight? the total is 4905.7275 now I'm creating a calorie deficet of 1000 each day with my workout alone and my daily calorie intake is roughly 1100-1200 some times less RARELY more, but it's like i hit a platue of weight loss. for my workout's i do cardio a program called insanity. I used to do a prgram called P90X but i gained muscle with wieght loss but my goal is to lose weight.

question being the number 4905.7275 is my daily calorie need not sure what or how the BMR plays a part in this but i read some of your posts and you tell people to find out their BMR

my stats are 320 lbs 6'1 the BMI is 35% 21 Y/O. i take a daily multi vitamen. a friend of mine on here sugested i try your keto diet

Hey there. If you are only taking in 1100-1200 cals a day you are NOT getting enough calories, this will cause your body to go into starvation mode and stop fat loss all together. You need to change some things up.

Please follow these:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&p=304616466
anabolic cutting diet (cyclical keto diet) - HOWEVER for this diet, please make it 2,500 cals per day. How you increase you cals will be from eggs. I want you eat an extra 300 cals worth of eggs. To do this you would need to consume 4 additional eggs per day cooked in butter or olive oil.

Silly question I got here...

Alright I did 20min HIIT on the treadmill in the AM. 1min @ 4mph / 1min @ 9mph = ~255-260 cals burned

Just got done with my 2nd cardio and i did this.... 2min @ 4mph / 2min @ 9mph =~255-260 cals burned

WTF!?! Im pretty sure the 2nd type of cardio actually burns more cals, jst the machine "reads" the same type of ratio...

On another note,

Believe it or not, I actually have some lose skin in my lower abs :P Will this tighten up during the last weak carb up for the show?

I mean regardless its unnoticable but I can deff pinch/stretch it

2nd type DOES burn more calories, machine is always wrong about total calories burned.

also you need to hit those abs hard in the weeks leading up to the contest to force them to get really tight.....as a result, try and do abs EVERY day....this is brutal but required at this point...check this out

yes.

I avoid it as much as possible, and recommend that everyone else avoid it as well. Some people are actually quite allergic to it....while others can suffer monumental long term health problems as a result of abusing MSG.

stay away from it.

But it makes me feel like rocky!

Whats your thoughts on sauna suits for shedding some water weight? If negative, any other techniques?

e: supervised ofcourse.

avoid. The best way to shed water weight is for you to eat a proper diet as I have illustrated for you, along with reduced sodium (no more than 2,000 mg per day) balanced with at least a 1:2:1:1 ratio of sodium/potassium/magnesium/calcium (that means if you have 2,000 mg sodium, you'd have 4,000mg potassium, 2,000 mg calcium, and 2,000 mg magnesium). How you get these is up to you, either supplement or food. This is for OPTIMAL water shedding.

Also the more exercise you do will encourage water weight drop. No sauna suits needed.
