started deadlifting again

today hit 350x7 (1sec reset)

strength is coming up nicely but still lacking in order to post vids in here.
Although monday is my AMRAP squat w/ 95% is 315lbs... PR is 7reps at bw of ~190, looking to get ~10reps this time at bw of ~175lbs :P

How did this go! Did you get 10 reps? That would be awesome at 175!

sup homies. Had an idea for a contest.

just a lift improvement contest. See who can put the most pounds on their compounds in a given timeframe. There would be coefficients for the lifts. Like (.5)(improvement) for lower weights maybe (1.0)(improvement) for someone starting at a heavy weight. We could do squat/dead/bench/maybe press? And you have to have video proof for your sets.

any interest or suggestions?

It might be interesting, but only people truly training for strength would be able to keep up with the pace...
