hey raynor, will the presence of keytones cause me to fail the piss test for MEPS?

Probably not, but to be sure I would call and ask them first....the US military has some interesting requirements I've seen over the years. I don't think ketones would matter though

Okay I've got the multi vitamins, vitamin c, vitamin d, arginine and they only had PMA, so I had to purchase Zinc separately.

The multi vitamin pack has a tablet called burn 60, I don't think I should be taking that. It also contains some arginine.

So I'll be taking these in this order (right?) :
Multi vitamins in the morning after my first meal
Vitamin C+D before bed (the reason for this is because the multi vitamin pack has C and D vitamins in it, should I take it in the morning regardless, or perhaps sometime during mid-day??)
Arginine an hour before gym
Pma+Z before bed

(I take a bit of protein/creatine shake in the morning before I leave for work and then more throughout my workout.)

Looks to be good...no problems here. However, why are you not taking the burn-60 product? what is in that?

Hey raynor, I've had a wrist injury for about 2 weeks now, which is odd because I haven't been to a gym or done anything strenuous on my wrist for 3 weeks...It's just a sharp pain if I turn it at an odd angle, any remedies for helping the recovery along? It's located where the ulna meets the wrist :\

I actually get this a LOT when I do straight bar curls, so I stopped doing them all together as a result. This is an extremely common injury that happens sometimes just for no known reason at all.

I would recommend you see a chiropractor. When I had mine, it turned out to be the elbow that was out of whack, and causing the wrist pain. After a few treatments, the wrist was back in business.

Two Part Question.

Is stress in any way connected with acne?
If so what are ways to reduce/stop stress.

And

Do you have any sort of evidence that links food and acne together. I ate a VERY unhealthy life style (soda/microwavable foods) for AGES and when I started eating clean that's when acne just appeared out of nowhere.

I'm following the supplementation at the moment of you're acne guide with the addition of zinc.

Hey there.

first of all, stress is definitely related with acne. During times of stress, your body's chemistry gets completely thrown off and can lead to the start of many conditions/diseases. The key to a stress-free lifestyle is relaxation, deep breathing, meditation, and only doing what you can handle.

As far as food related, most of the food related issues have to do with acidity/alkalinity as well as excess oils. The body also tends to have some sensitivity to excessive sugar which also can (but not in all cases) encourage acne.

I took it but I'm not sure if I should keep taking it.
Apparently Burn 60 is a diet/energy pill. It gives you energy while it burns calories. I can't afford to lose too much fat though. I'm too learn to begin with.

Raynor, My weight fluctuates way too much, and its hard to tell if I am eating enough.

What should my macros be for 160lbs?

I started my cut @ 190ish lbs and 2000cals (On the 1st of March)

Im now taking in 1850cals/25carb/135fat/130p.... Im just concerned with the little amount of protein. But then again im getting jst over .8gram of protein per lb.

This weeks weight loss

Sunday Morning: 163lbs --- CARB UP DAY
Monday Morning: 168lbs
Tuesday Morning 161lbs
Wed Morning: 160.5lbs

Is this fine? I do kno that my glutes are still quite "full" if you will :P

Yes that is fine, and proper. Weight fluctuates based mostly on water retention which has to do with the body coming back into ketosis and also from sodium (if applicable). I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Your macros are perfect, just keep that activity level up high and keep shredding up. The calipers and measuring tape are your friend, the scale can sometimes be misleading. If you start to stall, let me know and we'll modify things as necessary
