So for carbup, at least the first few hrs, you want high GI carbs right? For my carbups I've been eating like 200g of low fat ice cream and a protein shake ~15 mins after my workout, and then later on for meals I eat pasta/oats.

BTW, you taking step 1 soon right?

the only point in time where high GI carbs are necessary in a carb loading day is PWO and first thing in the morning, any other time stick to complex.

Stretch it out for a good 5-10 mins before and after...the area just happens to be more tight on you than others - not uncommon.

for shin splits, you can also try compression braces...they are just like ace bandages but more durable and tighter...basically a calf sleeve...they work wonders

Fasted cardio; every dang day okay? I'd be taking a break from lifting for 6 weeks to attempt my first cut.
I stretch and flex every day and get 7-9 hours sleep. Multi/fishoil/protein supps. Plenty of water and veggies and fiber in diet.

Hey Raynor I need to pick your brain more

Alright because the fact I workout in the mornings apon waking up (with bcaas) My first meal of the day is a protein shake.

Because of ketos ratio of high fat / moderate protein. In the start I mixed 2-3 tbspoons of heavy whipping cream with my protein shakes (to help even out the ratio)

Well I stopped doing that like a few days after because I then realized that fat is slow digesting, and I want my protein in the body NOW!

So my next method was to split my protein up..... so as soon as I get home from lifting, I have half of my shake mixed with glutamine, then show/get rdy for work so like 30-45min later I finish my meal
with the rest of the protein/heavy-cream. (Pretty sure this is a decent approach)

Now my question is, would Stevia help insulin responses?, So mix with my first half of protein? Im not sure, but dont I want a small insulin spike PWO?

Thanks in advance

I recommend not taking a break from lifting. You burn more calories and fat when you keep muscularly active. If anything you need to change your workout routine to this

hey there

Stevia has ZERO impact on insulin response.

and no, you dont want any insulin spike PWO on pre-contest cutting

However the way you have your protein shake worked out is perfect for right now
