because i work out more than arnold it dosent mean i overtrain?` i train out 5 times a week (sometimes both legs, biceps and back in one day which counts as 6 days) arnold only worked out 3 times a week

sucking in stomach while letting the abs be out to the bones is flexing abs

your doing great but you need to make your forearms be more away from biceps for a better pose
