I don't target size training for my arms because having bulky arms would only be a hindrance for me in combat sports.

My arms are 17" and that's plenty big for me.

no i looked at the picture, I just thing if darkshadow was bulked he would be at least as big as you are, I RARELY see guys at his bf that big.
