Acne Guide

To work on the glutes, you need to be doing squats, lunges, and laying leg curls.

Hit those TWICE a week with at least 5 sets of each at high intensity for optimal results.

Been sick 1 week, so 1 week off from gym.

Does this count as a ''Deload''?

Thank you for ur comment Raynor, not only that but thanks for all the help you have provided me with.

It truly has made a difference in my life and bodybuilding world.

As far as the Chest goes, I hear you 100%. Even tho I have started to bring it up a little bit during this prep (Due to the low bf % giving it more "shape")
We will definatly fill that baby out!

Hey Raynor, do you have any other cutting workout routines for CKD?

I've been doing this one you posted for ~ 3 months and lost about 25 lbs total, and would like to lose another 10 but I am plateauing.

6'0, 192 lb, 14% bf calipers. I store fat @ abs/obliques and glutes

Also, for weight loss, should I continue CKD or switch to TKD?

Yes - do not start working out again until you are 100%

The reason you are plateauing is because you need to reduce your total caloric intake now that you are 25 lbs lighter. Your body now needs less calories to get by than before because of the reduced body mass.

You can reduce your calories by 250 per day. In order to do this, just subtract around 20g fat and 12g protein.

Another thing you might want to do is a de-load.

Take a full week off of the gym, but keep your diet in order. Once that week is up, go back to the gym with a vengeance. Also make sure you are doing morning cardio (HIIT) for 20-30 minutes 5-6 days a week.

With these two things you can stand to lose the extra 10 lbs with no problem.

EDIT:

Also, stick to CKD for now, TKD is for maintenance.
