Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs + 1 oz full fat cheese w/ 1/2 cup green peppers
Meal 2 - 1 zero carb protein shake w/ 3 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 3 - 1 salad with chicken breast and 2 tbsp olive oil + vinegar
Meal 4 - 1 can of tuna + 2 oz full fat cheese + 2-3 tbsp mayo + green veggies (celery, green pepper, etc)
Meal 5 - 6oz ground beef (80/20) with grated romano cheese, 4tbsp tomato sauce, and green veggies
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + either 3tbsp heavy cream or 2tbsp olive oil w/ 8-10 almond
Ain't eating 4 WHOLE eggs everyday a lot of cholesterol?
Also can you recommend me a fatburner that is Healthy/works somehow, (no ephedrine and stuff like that)
For Cardio ;o is it really better to drink 2x Coffee before running? i used to eat a little fruits then run 15min later ._ .
(can you tell me what is a "Full Fat Cheese" too? XD sorry im kinda clueless)
If you're going to follow keto, you really have to read it and understand it....don't just follow the diet plan and hope for the best...that will not work.
Cholesterol doesn't raise your actual cholesterol levels....
Saturated fat in excess does through a complicated process of white blood cells getting stuck in the excess saturated lipids causing occlusion and elevated cholesterol levels
You need at least 2g unsat to every 1g sat fat per day (if not more). Eggs are actually a perfect food.
Anyway, I did already recommend a fat burner if you read those carefully - I said GAT Jet Fuel.
Next, eating fruit before running is not helpful unless you are trying to go for long distance runs and using the fruit as fuel. You are looking to burn fat, that means FASTING before cardio and coffee or other caffeine products will enhance the fat burning ability of your body
Full fat cheese means a regular cheese...not low fat, reduced fat, etc.
