Hey raynor i'd got some questions about diets/workout
Im actually 5"11 195lbs~
I have played pokers professionally so im REALLY IN BAD SHAPE, anyway i'd been getting "fattier" overtime
and now i'd like to cut all the % Bodyfat without losing any muscle if possible even gaining some i ain't big at all so i thought it might be possible?
I don't have that much time to workout still i dont mind spending 1hour a day on it, considering i dont know if running is a good thing everyone says it burn out the fat quickly but also a muscular mass loss (which i dont want ; -;)
Anyway i thought Diet would be the first thing to fix, some friend told me about ketodiet
Which i tried and didnt seem to produce any results ;o
(i have a pretty bad metabolism but ive been inactive physically for years so i guess it's normal)
I'd like to see some result within end of august if possible
Do you think you can help me?
PS; i dont want to involve too many $ in a diet etc. i've left poker to become a student once again so im broke =)
