Hey recently I started taking fish oil again and shortly after a dosage headache appears, I have stop taking the brand, and I noticed it exp feb 2011.
Any ideas?

I decided to get myofusion because isopure is expensive as fuck and doesn't taste that good anyways. It is a good protein, but I can't really afford it.

sounds like a terrible quality product....you might be ingesting some toxic stuff there.

I would recommend trying NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9

absolute top quality product, and cheap!

When you are doing fasting cardio in the morning, what is the best type of cardio to do ?

hiit, 120 bmp, 160 bmp ?

is there an ideal time to weigh myself in the morning?

i always find myself drinking water at night/when im waking up..and i also find myself weighing in before my morning shit

i dunno if i'm needlessly stressing, its only been a couple weeks and i THINK i'm making progress but the scale is just fkin with me lol

I was not in keto. No traces at all :mad:

Maybe the 3 carb day weekend did it Lulz, but I didn't think it would affect it that much. Just take a few more days to go into keto. I am usually in keto by the end of day 2 after carb day. I do fasted lifting/cardio the day after carb day.

Try this....

Monday morning, AFTER taking a piss/shit, BEFORE drinking anything, without any clothes on, on the SAME scale, on the SAME surface.
