I have changed one thing. I switched my protein to myofusion which has 4 net carbs per scoop. I figured that would be fine but I guess not. Can I only take one of these a day? I sill follow your diet plan pretty closely with a little changes but my changes have always still worked well for me.
I accidently got shipped 2x my order so I have 10 pounds of myofusion. Do I stop taking it? Make sure to take it only once a day? I can't really afford anything else atm

Be careful of measuing weight. Sometimes you are losing body fat, but your weight is higher...there is a way to keep this in check.
First of all I want you to weigh yourself ONCE a week on the SAME DAY on the SAME SCALE under the SAME CONDITIONS.
This means...weigh in every monday morning, after urinating, while wearing boxer shorts and nothing else, on the same bathroom scale that you always use. If you want, take one weight, step off, and check the weight again. If it's different, you need a new scale lol.
Next, you need to buy keto strips....go to the drug store (walgreens/cvs or even walmart pharmacy) and get a pack of them. They come in a plastic tube. You open the tube, remove one strip, urinate on it, and it will change colors. match the colors to the color graph it has to show what level of ketosis you are in (if any).
Once you do those two things, get back to me.
Lastly, myofusion is NOT a favorite of mine for keto....which is why I always recommend NOW! whey isolate for cutting
anyway, 1 shake a day won't matter though, you are allowed approx 20g carbs per day anyway
