2 questions,

How much of the pills we take actually get absorbed? (The longer you take the pills the more you absorb?)
and
How does fasted cardio compare to nonfasted as in a percentage. (Like 10% more effective? or more, lmk) I just love to eat immediately when I wake up -.-

Hey raynor i'd got some questions about diets/workout

Im actually 5"11 195lbs~

I have played pokers professionally so im REALLY IN BAD SHAPE, anyway i'd been getting "fattier" overtime

and now i'd like to cut all the % Bodyfat without losing any muscle if possible even gaining some i ain't big at all so i thought it might be possible?

I don't have that much time to workout still i dont mind spending 1hour a day on it, considering i dont know if running is a good thing everyone says it burn out the fat quickly but also a muscular mass loss (which i dont want ; -;)


Anyway i thought Diet would be the first thing to fix, some friend told me about ketodiet

Which i tried and didnt seem to produce any results ;o
(i have a pretty bad metabolism but ive been inactive physically for years so i guess it's normal)



I'd like to see some result within end of august if possible :) Do you think you can help me?



PS; i dont want to involve too many $ in a diet etc. i've left poker to become a student once again so im broke =)

for upper inner chest, you want to do a certain kind of incline DB flies.

1. You will extend the DBs to your sides as a normal set of DB flies, but you will turn your thumbs on a slight angle towards you (so it looks more like a press)
2. You will pull the weights in, just like a normal fly, but you will end at the top with your pinky fingers next to each other (instead of the traditional way of keeping your knuckles facing each other)

This maximizes the stress on the upper inner chest. I recommend 5 HARD sets of this towards the end of your chest routine on a 45 degree angle bench

depending on the brand/type....

some protein powders have more protein per scoop and you may only need 1 scoop vs 2 or 2 vs 3 and so forth.

Not every protein powder is created equally...but usually a 5 lb tub has around 30-40 shakes.

Hey there.

Be careful of measuing weight. Sometimes you are losing body fat, but your weight is higher...there is a way to keep this in check.

First of all I want you to weigh yourself ONCE a week on the SAME DAY on the SAME SCALE under the SAME CONDITIONS.

This means...weigh in every monday morning, after urinating, while wearing boxer shorts and nothing else, on the same bathroom scale that you always use. If you want, take one weight, step off, and check the weight again. If it's different, you need a new scale lol.

Next, you need to buy keto strips....go to the drug store (walgreens/cvs or even walmart pharmacy) and get a pack of them. They come in a plastic tube. You open the tube, remove one strip, urinate on it, and it will change colors. match the colors to the color graph it has to show what level of ketosis you are in (if any).


Once you do those two things, get back to me.

Lastly, myofusion is NOT a favorite of mine for keto....which is why I always recommend NOW! whey isolate for cutting

anyway, 1 shake a day won't matter though, you are allowed approx 20g carbs per day anyway

hey there.

Depends on the pill, the doseage, and the type. If it's a v-cap filled with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) then you can expect to absorb around 75% of it. If it's hard cased and low quality like centrum, you may absorb around 5%.

I recommend all liquid caps and v caps when possible. The exception is CL Orange Triad which dissolves nicely and has a high rate of absorption.

Fasted cardio is about 50% more effective at fat burning - I recommend it highly for fat loss during cutting

yes they do, especially if you use the weighted stick.

Also using cables for the same thing is very good.
