would doing no more than 30 minutes of LISS fasted cardio in the morning negatively affect my gains if my diet is in check? maybe for like 3-4 days in the week

i was considering:

bcaa's pre/during/after fasted cardio with a 25/40-50 protein/simple carb shake afterwards
breakfast about an hour later: usually oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries, 6-7 eggs (2-3 whole), 8oz skim milk
lunch ~3 hours later: some sort of meat, complex carb, and veggies, 8oz skim milk
afternoon workout with similar protein shake afterward
dinner: similar to lunch, but with fewer carbs, 8oz skim milk
maybe a protein/fat snack if hungry
cottage cheese and peanut butter

really, just any knowledge you have about fasted cardio would be great to know. thanks!

Hey for the Optimum nutriton bcaa 1000s, how many "pills" is efficient b4 my fasted workouts?

I kno the bottle says serving "2 capsules" but if im reading it correctly.... thats only like 1g?!? (so wld I take 10 pills = 5g??)

I cld b mistaken tho -_-

If you are trying to bulk, I would avoid fasted cardio. You can still do the cardio, but avoid doing it first thing in the morning on a fast.

If you are trying to cut, then it's perfectly fine.

diet looks to be in check

You want to take 4 pills before, 4 pills after, and 2 pills every 45 mins during.

How fast can your metabolism drop? Is it an ever changing rate depending on the day? Or is it pretty stable unless drastic long period of time eating habits.
Basically, just wondering if eating poorly for 1 day or not eating at all will change my metabolism from 2,000 to low or something.

it really depends on genetics and how extreme we're talking.

generally the body has a wisdom of its own, and depending on circadian rhythm, your metabolism changes throughout the day.

1 day of eating poorly however will not make any changes to your overall metabolism, it takes years of abuse to change a body's metabolism from a generalized structure.

Hey raynor,

I am having some issues here and I think I am stuck in a pretty Shitty situation. Last week I was down to 212 lbs. This week I am 4 days into my weekly keto diet and I am 216 and it doesn't seem to be going down. I don't think I am in keto.

I have changed one thing. I switched my protein to myofusion which has 4 net carbs per scoop. I figured that would be fine but I guess not. Can I only take one of these a day? I sill follow your diet plan pretty closely with a little changes but my changes have always still worked well for me.

I accidently got shipped 2x my order so I have 10 pounds of myofusion. Do I stop taking it? Make sure to take it only once a day? I can't really afford anything else atm

I am a very sad panda atm
