Well, after everyone has criticized my straps/belt I have been working very hard to get away from them yet make gains. Still pull much heavier with straps and belt.
Did 565x1 today(strapped/belted) and here is my second set. Did 500x2-3 ( grip gave out before lockout so feelsbadman)
Really wanted 4 and 5 was just unrealistic

Oh, after this video i strapped up and did 2 more. I was so pissed. I guess i turned off the video beore I said "this is fucking emberassing im not posting this shit!"
But i did because I think some people will enjoy seeing me try to stay away from le straps. Belt poses no real issues.
