not happy to see that you're a scammer...don't really want to help you as a result...

Good Fats -

HDL (High Density Lipids)

Found in the following:

Fish (all kinds including tuna, sardines, shrimp, shellfish, salmon, mahi, etc)

Avocados and Guacamole

Olives and Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil, Sunflower Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Flaxseed Oil.

Eggs (the yolks obviously)

Nuts and Seeds (all kinds like almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, etc)

Supplements (Fish Oil, Omega 3-6-9, etc)

1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight is a good measure.

also make sure to get protein every 2-3 hours without fail.

TIP OF THE DAY:

If you tend to get frequently sick - make sure you start spraying and wiping down all gym equipment prior to using it. In addition, use Purel (or any other alcohol hand sanitizer) while at the gym, between sets. Also be sure to not put your hands, arms, or t-shirt on your face - especially near your eyes, nose, mouth, or ears.

Eat whole foods often....

Complex carbs like whole grains and veggies (pasta, rice, oatmeal, cereals, breads, etc)

Meats like chicken, fish, beef, tuna, turkey, eggs.

Just try to avoid trans-fats, excess sodium, and excess sugar.
