198 today after my refeed last night (steak and shrimp and asparagus with a serving of yam fries.. so fucking amazing.
I was about 195 that morning but I broke down and had a a few calories I shouldn't of. I'm still flattening out so its fine coach was happy.

photoshoot this friday in calagary (bombelkie) on instagram are the guys doing it, they're pretty legit im excited to see what they have in store for me.

I was 3 weeks out this past saturday, so just under 3 to go. Time to really focus on my posing and i think ill do fairly well if I can nail it.

this is late at night after all my meals and my 6 liters of water, so im holding
but this is 100% relaxed just before bed.

and of course, diet and workouts

but damn, that back pic looks quite different from the previous pic above it. while both make u seem cut and large, the back pic makes u seem like you have quite alot more mass
