bacon, bugers, cheese, fast food, processed meats, fish (all of which is filthy), same with your meat unless you hunted or owned it and killed it yourself. now don't get me wrong, processed foods are really whats making people sick, but lets not kid ourselves. meat is processed! all of it. not only that but the GMOs monsanto and the FDA have wrought upon us since the 80's-90's. thats a new thing a new type of technology with the food. one that is untested and the american public have been the genuine pig. we choose to support these companies and keep them in power. i understand people like their meats and processed sugar bullshit. its pretty easy to just say people like me are unreasonable, that and my life style is to hard. you give these people who make these products, who don't give a fuck about you or any of the life on this planet so much power. we need to make better choices now, for our health and the health of the planet. heed this warning, i'm here to plant the seed.

everyone i know eats meat, cheese, and eggs. people i know they eat whatever the fuck they want, they are fine for now. everything catches up my friends. these foods are not good in excess. yes we can eat many things and you definitely can't tell an Eskimo to eat grass and not eat fish. if you exercise daily which everyone should we are designed to do that, if you will most definitely add years to your life. eat meat and cheeses every meal of the day is not healthy and its just plain ignorant. limit meat consumption for optimal health. why else would the doctor say limit your saturated fat, and cholesterol, etc. when you are at risk of heart complications?!?!? because sugar is not the reason people get heart problems duh (unless artificial)

okay so your saying moderation, but vegan lifestyle is about abundance (for all life). i eat 10-15 mangos a day in summer easy by mid-day, imagine if you could eat 15 cheese bugars not gain weight, get hydrated, get energy from sugars and not stims, enrich your body with antioxodants would you do it?

people have no problem stuffing their faces with hot dogs and bugars for a worthless trophy but eating 6-10 bananas is weird, eating a pound lychees is on dat der phaggy time.

i somewhat agree with your message but your logic and evidence is god awful dude, read something that isn't a tinfoil hat vegan website. next youre going to tell me homeopathy works

it sounds like you just described hnf

have you ever been to reddit?

i mean this is a community of people who played a game which released in 2000 then a portion of those that have an interest in hnf and still frequent the forum.
reddit is obviously going to have a more active community and with a heavily moderated environment theres going to be less shitposts but for what d2jsp is it had/has some really knowledgeable people.
but honestly i dont even like reddit all that much. its just more active thats about it.

agrees with my message (because its the truth) but is bias because he think people with tinfoild hats are brainwashed...

every think you are the ones who might be all brain washed?

the cognitive dissonance is strong with society.

r/fit is a joke. r/bodybuilding has quite a few knowledgeable people, but most of the talk is around gear. r/powerlifting isn't too bad for strength based training info

.....

same could be said for anyone?

whatever any1 thinks. they could say to some1 else, hey consider the possibility of u being brainwashed

unless theres evidence provided theres always possibilities.

even with evidence and studies, its not 100% fact. its just according to this set of conditions at this point in time, the results were such. and since a study conducted is better than saying, hey well maybe its something else, even though theres been no testing done for it
