I'm able to do abdominal bracing for bench/deads it's easy for deads cuz i can brace before i pull the slack out of the bar, it feels different/difficult when I have weight on my back pushing down my body, the normal motion for bracing doesn't feel the same.

IIRC he was like 180 ish lbs now , he's like 160 lbs lifting more . That's progress to me.
