You need to learn how to actually activate your abs, doing a million crunches/leg raises etc will help but only so much.
Focus on doing plank/reverse plank first and then do ''repwork''.
Also do hyperextensions for erectors.
I'm able to do abdominal bracing for bench/deads it's easy for deads cuz i can brace before i pull the slack out of the bar, it feels different/difficult when I have weight on my back pushing down my body, the normal motion for bracing doesn't feel the same.
