saw a 40-50 year old guy go to seated calf raises, put 4 plates and a 25 on there and did literally about 1/5 RoM for 6 reps after a guy 3 times his size was doing 3 plates. Old guy probably thought he was a badass getting on there lifting more than the other guy. I was EXTREMELY close to calling him out it looked so ridiculous.
