I agree, gotta improve my form though...I'll be doing 240 at the end of this cycle and I'll try to keep better form, we'll see how I do.

and I was awful sick for 3 weeks too :/ lost 3 lbs. and that wasn't water weight 3 lbs, that was a legit combo of fat/muscle.
