Like a whole cycle? How many weeks is that?

At that weight wouldn't you expect at least a 5 + pound increase per week...

I'm just not sure if you mean a whole program cycle or just another week of.

Pretty sure he means program cycle (3wks).

That's still roughly a 35lb increase of E1RM.

and I was awful sick for 3 weeks too :/ lost 3 lbs. and that wasn't water weight 3 lbs, that was a legit combo of fat/muscle.

know what, I actually like popping in to this thread from time to time to read and see what's shakin in your world of gains.
