Slowly transition into higher weights, less reps for strength/size bulking.
Light weights, more reps for toning.
other way round. it's a dude that wants to be a girl. "she" doesnt want to get muscly but her natural test will be similar to ours cos she used to be a guy. thats my understanding, unless i missed something
