I cut for 4 weeks. Started at 167lbs morning weight and ended at 163. Got lots stronger over that time as well.
I'm sitting at 165 or so morning weight I think. Have't weighed myself in a week.
I'm up to.
4x8x295DL
4x8x245 squat (but I've been having issues with my knee so i've been doing lighter weight the last couple weeks)
4x8x115 OHP
4x8x175? bench. gotta check my board downstairs... to see if this is the right weight
doing a 4x8x85 straight bb curl/skullcrusher currently too.
3x8x135 palms down and 3x8x135 palms up bent over row as well
