gonna weigh myself again tomorrow morning, but pretty sure i'm stuck around 85-84kg, most of its in my thighs, if i flex i look pretty ripped,
i think i've lost some muscle here (maybe not tho, still same strength if not stronger) and there which is expected, i might go back to 12-8 (8 hour IF) and consume more protein shakes again, see how this goes for a week
