i went pretty well for 10days, but then i had a week off :/ eaten not horribly just had some binges
gonna restart again on the weekend after i buy some beef and chicken :)

gonna weigh myself again tomorrow morning, but pretty sure i'm stuck around 85-84kg, most of its in my thighs, if i flex i look pretty ripped,
i think i've lost some muscle here (maybe not tho, still same strength if not stronger) and there which is expected, i might go back to 12-8 (8 hour IF) and consume more protein shakes again, see how this goes for a week

Newest thing I learned that helps me cut is to eat Cool Whip when you crave sugar.

If you buy the lightest one its like 25 calories for 3 tbsp.

Started at 250 a little over a year ago. I'll probably my cut around New Years and just maintain or do a really clean bulk until after Halloween.

how much coffee / caffeine do you guys have a day?
i have up to 500mg since i'm in exam period and gotta study attentively!

too much?
usually like 200mg before gym, then maybe 1-2 coffees during the day, with maybe 100mg later at 8pm to study
