Mine is self diagnosed, I've never been to the doctor for it but all of the symptoms for IBS/IBD/Crohns are pretty damn similar it's hard to tell without a professional opinion.

Marijuana is a plant, and its psychoactive compounds are herbal, it's metabolism does not affect the liver or kidneys, the only thing that matters is how it's smoked.
