+1 about the height, anyway Lee Priest measuring 6 feet would had been the best bodybuilder of history by far..

id say im ~8% bf ??

my back width is my strongest point... but only on my lat spreads.  For some reason when I hit a double bi, they disapear! :P

Thanks, Plan on sticking with it!

Your edit was pointless...  There are tons of short successful bodybuilders.  And unless your planing on going IFBB pro, then being short can be used for an advantage (Weight classes in amature shows)

- Danny Padilla is like 5'2" and was a fukin beast
- Franco Columbu I think is around the 5'3-5'5 range and again one of the best bodybuilders.
- Lee Priest, the dudes a freak @ 300lbs OFFSEASON but again doesnt measure of 5'5

Dont use being short as an excuse to not be good at bodybuilding

Hmm maybe I have a chance then lol

Definitely need to gain a lot of muscle mass before I could start competing though. Sitting at around 140 with 6ish% bf and the last time I checked I was 5'5.

also in the novice lightweight class my ate 5'9.5" I was one of thee tallest bb'rs

edit

also u have the conditioning on your diet, which in natural competition shows is HUGE. They are more less looking for LEAN motha fukas with muscle. NN roided belly 10<% guys on stage.

Yea I have an easy time staying around 6% bf without even having a strict diet. I just try to eat as clean as possible and my metabolism does the rest b)

Do they have any weight classes that I could compete in weighing 140? Im already at 140 now and if I put on like 5lbs of muscle then cut back down to 140 I would look pretty good.

a kid @ my gym is competing @ 127lbs in 2wks....and he has a good amount of muscle mass.

I think it depends on how many competitors to how many weight classes

for example my last comp lightweight was the lightest and that was <165.25

but sometimes they have bantam weight which is like around the 140ish area i think.

Not only that, but some org go by height!!

true you are stronger but i was simply saying i would stop measuring myself, your height wont be affected by any 'pump' you get. last time i checked implies that you are younger than 18 and still have time to grow.
