enjoy, scrawn.

LOL

You posted a graph that shows minimal muscle fiber usage, when I already proved that irrelivant?

LMFAO idiot.

Btw, Verifying your info means finding a RESPECTABLE source, and providing links, not googling some stupid graph that any rand could have made in paint which doesn't even revolve around the argument I made.

The argument is, despite the fact that eccentric training shows the best strength and size gains, it... is... DANGEROUS, when abused too much. You SHOULD use 1 eccentric rep at the END of your set, but not any more than that.

You are a moronic scrawn, get the fuck out already, jesus

Btw, your reference is completley correct, HOWEVER, I'm talking about structural damage to BONES, NOT MUSCLE.

I will give you a perfect example of what I am talking about.

Let's say you armwrestle someone stronger than you are.

Resisting his pull is an eccentric contraction. What happens when a scrawn armwrestles a buff?

HE SNAPS

IDIOOOOOOOOOOOOT ELBOWWWWWWWWWWW

SNAPS!

MOROOOOOON

But in terms of just slowing down the negative on each rep of every exercise would be better for size and strength

Fyi, idiot.

Eccentric training leads to extreme structural damage when abused too often.
Eccentric reps should only be done as a final touch on your last rep, never should a whole routine be based around them

Please do NOT post any more "Guides" here, because you googled some randhat web site that sounded like it knew what it was talking about, then tried to pass it off as your own shit without referencing it.

You are not only a fraud, but a fraud who doesn't even make sure the shit he stole is correct.

Stay the fuck out

My thoughts exactly.

I already mentioned this simply earlier about pg7

Synonym is way too over analytic in his approach.
He is a good thinker but that's his downfall. He can over
Think things when in reality its so simple.

Yeah you're 100% right, eccentric training is the best for maximal strength and size gains, but the only problem with it, is it is too dangerous when abused too much.
IMo do your normal concentric shit, with 1 eccentric rep to finish after you reach failure
