SO how does this work. Do you put these workouts into your own routine? Or do something from each group everyday? lol

Read through the thread. The workout is detailed enough and you need to use a split.

Definitely not. You're going to have to up the protein quite a bit to keep from breaking completely down and just watch where you eat your carbs and what kind of carbs they are. I started this last week and am trying to cut and by cut I mean just drop Bf%, I could care less about actual scale weight going down.

And btw, thanks Burns for posting this. This program is awesome for me. Been a long, long time since I've been this sore.

just did my last muscle group on first week of GVT, and I have also been pretty sore, probably just because it is a new program though. The big difference I did notice is how much more intense I am when doing this and how much more I perspire during my workouts.
Also Deadlifts and squats 10x10= feels like death, specially squats, i felt like laying down and passing out afterward, but instead did 10x10 leg extension, 10x10 leg curl, 10x10 calf raises, felt good.

This is why I was going to put 'cut' in parentheses. It's not truly a scale weight cut, it's more of a body fat cut something that you can still very easily do while bulking and/ or gaining strength.

And I've actually been doing the advanced 10x5 program that Tmuscle advised for strength and has been going freakin awesome. Can't wait to see the gains after 6 weeks. Hopefully get my 10RM over 400 on bench
