if you start being able to do my core workout the way i do it 3 times a week you'll get the 4 visible all day everyday.

yeah I am working on it, but dont plan on cutting either anytime soon. Any bulking I do get though is from good carbs and excess protein, so when I do decide to cut shouldnt be too bad, just gotta cut down carbs and some extra calories from protein.
My core is actually really strong, when I push on my abs they are pretty damn solid, much more than when I actually had a 6 pack in high school.

The girl i'm kinda seeing now almost wrecked her hand/wrist when she tried to punch me as hard as she could in the abs and she's been doing kick boxing for 14 yrs and is pretty tough though very girly.

She can't be a very good kickboxer if she doesn't have solid wrists.
The fact that she hurt her wrist on a BODY SHOT proves she doesn't even know how to make a proper fist, or doesn't know how to land a punch properly.
Immitator imo 14 yrs of doing it wrong isn't impressive to me, just my oppinion

Wannabe tough girl + MMA = lulz

go eat hemp and avoid protein.

my abs are like a brick wall homie, if you missed that moral of the story you need to get Aesop'd.

haha, I didn't quite get the point of bold'd?
is that a reference to my other thread about that guy's outlandish theory that you don't need protien, because you can get amino acids from everything?
I asked your oppinions on the matter, so I could decide if I should take his theory seriously. I still eat tons of protien and probably would never stop lmao.

Also, everyone's abs are made of iron, not very hard.
Mine are soooooooo incredibly strong that when my instructor used to smash medicine balls against it, they would beg for mercy because it hurt them too much.
