Aight here are some recipes I've made using whey protein (gold standard) and nutrabolic's ISO-MRP.
Home made protein bars

What you will need.
  • whey powder (I'm guessing any will do)
  • peanut butter or almond butter (preferably all natural)
  • oats (you can even use quaker flavored oats but I don't use it because I don't want sugar)
  • You will need a bowl, a spoon, and aluminum foil
  • You may also use a blender if you want to, although I've never used it.
What you do is very simple. Take approximately 2 scoops of whey, 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon of almond or peanut butter and 1/2 cup of oatmeal, put it all in your bowl then proceed to mix while adding a tiny bit of water (maybe 1-2 teaspoons) and make sure it gets to a soft consistency but only enough so you can shape/mold it, you don't want it to have sort of a wet bread texture so add just that bit of water and add more on your discretion. Then take the mix, put it on aluminum foil and start shaping it with a spoon and make it into a rectangular shape, put in a ziploc bag and leave 'em in the fridge. That's all folks! You can make 1-2 bars using that little bit of ingredients but of course you can make more, just make sure you get enough peanut or almond butter into the mix if you're using more powder (oats are not necessary of course AND you can add bcaas lul).

In this recipe you will roughly have +/-570 calories, +/-50g protein, +/-25g complex carbs, and fiber+fats really depend if you use peanut or almond butter. You can calculate it yourself by looking what the products that you bought -.- but this is a rough estimate.

Another one:

Protein brownie

What you will need.
  • Whey protein, don't use casein (also I use nutrabolic's iso-mrp for this one, but it worked decent with ON's gold standard whey)
  • peanut or almond butter
  • or 1 egg
  • 1 bowl
  • microwave
Ok there's two version's for this one and it's really simple, so here it is:
First variation= put 2 scoops of whey in the bowl, 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon of peanut/almond butter and mix thoroughly until all the powder is mixed, put in microwave for 1min or less depending in the level that it is and that's it! You can put more peanut/almond butter on top for more taste if you want too, also it may not take long for it to be ready so you can just see if it's done when it's risen up.
Second variation= 2 scoops of whey in the bowl, add 1 whole egg (or 2 egg~ egg whites, considering they're small eggs), mix it all together and on this one you'll notice that it's a really sticky mix but that's what we want, make sure that the powder is thoroughly mix in, then put it in the microwave for a minute or so and if you want to you can put peanut or almond butter lol. What I did today was that I used condensed milk instead of almond butter as I usually do.

On this one when I use the ISO-MRP it's roughly 400-500~ calories (depends if I use almond butter or the egg) with ~48g protein, ~25g carbs, 6g+fiber and 5+g fat (sugar around 9g). Again it all depends on what products you're using, every whey powder will vary, same as the peanut and almond butter.

The following two recipes are ones that I'd eat when I was younger and my mom used to make o.o so the name's are in spanish :x
Tomate sorpresa or A tomato surprise

What you will need.
  • 1-2 medium-big tomatos (you're gonna fill 'em up)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Mayonnaise (find the "healthiest" you can find)
  • you may also use corn
  • red bell pepper is also an option
  • You need a knife
  • and a spoon
This one is really simple you just need to cut the top off the tomato, then take the insides out but make sure that the tomato is at least 1/16 of an inch thick so it doesn't fall apart then mix the tuna using a tiny bit of mayo, depending on your taste, and add small pieces of red bell pepper if you want to; you can also throw in a little bit of corn in the mix. Once all that is mixed up fill up the tomato(s) with the tuna and voila! You can throw away the insides of the tomato or eat it I don't really care. When you're cleaning the inside of the tomato think of it as carving a pumpkin but you're not gonna make a face out of it -.- You can eat it as an entree, it's gooooood.

The next one takes longer to make.
*On this one I can't be too specifics on the measurements because it all depends on how much you want to make, I'll just post the essential ingredients and how to cook it**

Zapallo Italiano or Italian pumpkin

What you will need.
  • Zucchinis
  • parmesan cheese or swiss cheese w/e
  • bacon or sausage or any other meat that you want but they need to be cut up in like 1x1 cm cubes
  • bread crumbs
  • eggs or egg whites
  • you're gonna use the oven
  • plastic tray with aluminum foil or any type of tray that you use to cook
  • a bowl to mix your stuff
  • and obviously a knife & spoon
Ok what you need to do first is boil the zucchinis until they're cooked, cut them in half and take the seeds out (Note: cut them horizontally so the end up being like mini trays do not cut them so they look like cylinders). Then take the tiny cut up pieces of meat, mix 'em with the bread crumbs and mix them with the eggs so you have a nice breading consistency, then lay it on top of the zucchinis (on the naked part where you took the seeds out) and add the cheese on top. Put 'em in the oven for about 30min or until it looks golden crisp, at 350-375º is fine. They are fapptastic.

Sweet potato
splenda
black pepper

idk how to bake but you can microwave jsut poke holes all over it with a fork to let the air out of it as it is being heated. Microwave on 70% / high for like seven to twelve minutes. Experiment. It won't hurt the potato lol. Let it sit in for a minute. Slice. Add toppings

eggs
rotel tomato/green chili mix

scramble eggs at 5:1 drop in greased heated skillet, add rotel, cheese, onion, anything then flip or scramble t doesn't really matter it all ends up in the same place. I lik to add tortilla chips sometimes ala migas

tuna
olive oil mayo
hot sauce
jalapeño
onion
Italian dressing
black pepper
garlic salt

Drain tuna combine all ingredients pretty much to taste. All will compliment. and serve on high fiber whole grain bread

These are perfect for lazy people

Post Workout Eggs

What you will need.
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Carlson's Fish Oil
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Non-stick Frying Pan
  • and a fork or whisk

Ok first add the olive oil into the non-stick frying pan and set it to medium low heat so that it start to heat the oil, spread the oil pretty evenly throughout the frying pan. Wash the blueberries and add them into the frying pan trying to get an even spread so that you'll get some blueberries in each bite. They'll start to burst a bit which enhances the flavor. While the blueberries cook add 3 whole eggs and 1 scoop of chocolate whey and mix in a mixing bowl until you get a nice consistency. It should be a little thicker and if you want to cut that you can add some milk. Proceed to add this mixture into the frying pan over the blueberries. Flip once the eggs and whey are set and cook it on each side until it's a pretty firm consistency. Plate and drizzle lightly with Carlson's fish oil for a refreshing lemony taste to a chocolate berry egg delicious concoction.

it slows digestion and tends to get stored easier iirc (positive on first part, not 100% on second)
