You can also use black coffee or green tea and achieve similar results....GAT jet fuel is supreme, but illegal in canada apparently.

Right, my gf's brother is a strongman and a very good one as he's only 21 and I'm almost 20. He's already 3rd strongest in North West England. I was wondering, is it bad for you in the long run?
