I shoulda recorded my incline DB press earlier. Got the 105s up for 15 reps. First day back to the gym, didn't think I could do all that. Lol PR for me

Smolov week2/day4 (10x3 with 255)
last set of 10
post injury max was only 275. I worked a lot on my form since I've started to squat after 7 months without squats.
looking for 300-315 after my 3 first weeks of smolov

Sorry for video being sideways, anyway probably bad form. My ass dips a bit and im working on it. 225x I dont know with 2 broken heels.
Did 315 and got 4 reps before i had to stop
edit: At the moment thats about as deep as i can go. inb4 barely horizontal
