I am lean about not lean enough for you to see it. This dude is at 5 to 6% bf I am at 13ish% so you can't see it. When I get to 5 you will see it for sure. None taken bro.
It's still cardio and diet. Plus lots of deads,hypers and pull throughs won't help with this. Barbell rows stiff legged deads will.
