well that too haha...i think with enough work i could look like most of it, i just don't know how to go about getting a developed lower back like that (maybe a bunch of hypers & pull throughs?)

nope just lots of cardio and diet.

to get shredded yes...but how do you get the muscles like that in the lower back? you can clearly see them popping out, which even underneath my nice layer of fat i can't feel

edit: for an example, you are pretty lean, and in your back shot the muscles aren't as prominent in the lower back either? (this isn't a dis or anything)

I am lean about not lean enough for you to see it. This dude is at 5 to 6% bf I am at 13ish% so you can't see it. When I get to 5 you will see it for sure. None taken bro.

It's still cardio and diet. Plus lots of deads,hypers and pull throughs won't help with this. Barbell rows stiff legged deads will.

all I did to get this look for reps from 8 to 10 and lots of cardio.
