I just started getting into this forum two days ago, and I posted a thread about a workout regime. I plan on exercising daily or at least 3 times a week with cardio daily.
This is where I am right now. I hardly ever work out, and when I do, it's some push-ups and sit-ups every now and then.
Over the past year, I gained weight and a belly, as well as my boobies.

Posting this because I hope to have more pictures as time progresses, and I can see if I've improved. if u seriously follow a workout plan for 6 months, and you look at the pictures u posted now, you will know for sure how much u changed.
