hello i'm honestly, new here, what has been going on skcraynor, have you ever received a generous donation for 66 dollars and 66 cents? you are a great person for helping people like me

what are some plyometrics drills or exercises that you would recommend?

Hello there sir, thank you for the kind words

I have a great circuit already made which is really good...take a look at it and let me know if it suits your purposes. If so, enjoy. If not, I will make you up a new one. (please provide further info about goals and types of exercises if necessary).

Looks very solid...however you need MORE core work. Core is where you will get a lot of explosive power from...so make sure to hit core at least 2x per week, but more likely 3x.

Lastly, diet looks good, but just make sure to get the 30-40g sugar PWO (strength workouts) with lean protein and avoid fats at that meal. Other than that, keep the fats in order (at least 2:1 unsat to sat fat ratio).

Also ensure you have a mineral ratio of 1 sodium to 2 potassium to 1 magnesium to 1 calcium (example: 2g sodium, 4g potassium, 2g magnesium, 2g calcium)

Alright so maybe throw in another core day on saturday? So i would hit it Monday / thursday / saturday. Also regarding the sugar, throwing in some type of fruits (strawberries / blueberries / blackberries) and some 100% fruit juice to my PWO shake would suffice I believe?

And regarding the PWO meal, you're recommending something along the lines of say Chicken + Brown rice + veggies? And would avoiding the fats be any meal post workout or just the 1st postworkout meal?

Hey there.

Fruit is good, but you'd need a lot...2 bananas is usually good enough though.

Also for the PWO meal, yes - chicken/brown rice/veggies is perfect. Avoid the fats only the FIRST meal PWO. All meals after can have fat.

hey Raynor
story time for you here and sorry for it :P
so I gained a lot of weight in a year and a half
over 100 pounds...
I've lost over 80 pounds so far
and still going
but anyways when I use to run when I started to gain all that weight
my shins use to hurt when I ran
and I read on those new reebok zigtech shoes reduce that
is it just because of my weight is what making my shins hurt?
or what?
and are these shoes worth getting so I can start to run again and lose the weight even faster?
also another question sorry.... ha
what's the best way to get rid of love handles?
everything has shrunk so much but my love handles and I'm starting to look like a muffin top imo :|
I read up that running is the best way (why I also want to run)
or getting lipo is the fastest/easiest which I really would never want to ever do...
is there any other ways to get rid of love handles?
thank you sir for reading all this :)

Hey there. First of all, those are shin splints. It is normal for people of all sizes/weights.

You can just work through them in order to build up the shin bones through calcification. If they bother you, purchase some shin splint braces or sleeves.

Next, as far as losing love handles, you need to lose fat ALL AROUND to lose in a specific area. Some people hold more fat in some areas than others. So I recommend you just stick to a good diet. if you are looking for an effective diet and training routine, please see below:

okay thank you sir
also I read on one of your other posts about the Now Adams multivitamins
does it matter if softgel or tablets?
I've notice there's different daily values to the two
and I don't know if one is better than the other so I thought I would just ask now :P
