1st (I understand not on carb up days) but if i start now that means ill b taking a fat burner for like a month & 1/2, that ok?
2nd - my guess is id take the supp all the way until the 1 week b4 the comp, this way i can fully replenish my glycogen lvls and not be counter active since ill have a carb filled diet for the last week. Correct?
