Hey Raynor,

Alright so my diets going great, but now reading some Q's and A's in this thread, i wonder if its time for me to start using a fat burner. (Might as well right?)

(in this case probly GAT jetfuel, 1st off cuz u recommend it and 2nd i read up on it and it seems legit and not filled with tons of "extra" ingredients.

My questions are, are you suppost to cycle fat burners? Shld i still take them on my carb up days? How long or how close till my competition will i keep using it?

and finally, is it safe for female use too?

Yes, Gat Jet fuel is a good selection.

It is same for males and females alike.

You should ONLY use it on regular non-carb days....on carb up days, do not use it.

Take 2-3 in the morning with water when you first wake with morning cardio....take another 2-3 later in the day.

the two bolded questions..

1st (I understand not on carb up days) but if i start now that means ill b taking a fat burner for like a month & 1/2, that ok?

2nd - my guess is id take the supp all the way until the 1 week b4 the comp, this way i can fully replenish my glycogen lvls and not be counter active since ill have a carb filled diet for the last week. Correct?

Preworkout (Self-Make):
Gatorade
ON Creatine (5g serving)

if i cancel my bank account, and the bank cant take money anymore will that give me BAD CREDIT? or they will just cancel me ?

use the fat burners on non-carb days...this means you are using it 6 days on 1 day off, that is the cycle...the cycle lasts as long as you are cutting.

Secondly, as for how long to take it, you can take it all the way through the day before, it will also help keep the water off. It won't affect your glycogen levels too much, but it will keep you dry.

that is a BEAUTIFUL pre-workout AND post-workout stack....I would definitely recommend taking it pre and post...either split the dose in half or double it lol

Hey Raynor, its been roughly 1 week since my injury.. I have full range of motion back in my arm, and it really doesnt hurt.. Its a little sore on the outside of my elbow, do you think it would be ok to start lightly lifting again?
