Got a ass load of questions I need to get answered.

Whats your opinion on the pre workout supp NOXPlode I've heard ALOT of great reviews about it and well I've tried regular caffeine pills and they don't really give me a "energy spark"

And secondly how exactly do fat burners help to burn fat and is this a good one?
http://www.bsnonline.net/details/atrophex.html
what do BCAAs do and is there any sort of link/guide you have to them?

I have sort of a hunched back from lots of gaming what types of stretching/exercises would I need to do to straighten it up? I've heard about hip flexor//core etc.

And are fat burners safe to take while I'm the age of 17(2 weeks till I'm 18)

Sorry for the assloads of questions

1. NO explode and other pre-workout sups are garbage. Usually just a ton of caffeine, artificial color, and artificial sugar, with extra magnesium - More of a laxative than anything.

2. Fat burners help burn fat by increasing your basal metabolism - mostly through increased heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. GAT Jet Fuel is the best in my opinion.

3. BCAA's = Optimum Nutrition BCAA-1000 caps. (take 2 before/during/after workouts and before bedtime)

4. To straighten your back, just pull your shoulders back and stand straight - it's just about being conscious of your posture and eventually you will adapt it second nature.

5. Same answer to before, GAT Jet Fuel

it all depends on body size, genetics, diet, routine, etc.

So technically yes it is possible, but for 99.9% of people, no it is not. 5 lbs of PURE MUSCLE per year is generally a great number to strive for (naturally). This does not include water weight.

hey,

first of all - BCAA's there is no limit, but jet fuel there is a limit of 6 per day (two 3 pill doses MAXIMUM).

for low cal cutting protein bars on non-keto diet, try these:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bn/power.html

enjoy with some 2% milk

Mm, wafer cookies ^^

Btw, Gat Jetfuel is banned for import into canada because of the 5-HTP, Hoodia Gordonii Extract, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Can you give me a few backups? thanks a lot :)

I've never had much luck with kre-alkalyn. Some people do, but I personally do not.

I recommend avoiding such things and stick to the tride and true - Micronized Creatine Monohydrate mixed with grape juice (optimum nutrition brand is best for this)

Just stick to pure caffeine....so either first thing in the morning, or pre-workout, or both, you can have 2 cups of black coffee (stronger the better)

Hey raynor, I was wondering about a few things

Lets say its chest day, and i do chest and triceps

is it better to do 5sets of an exercise 1 after another? Like bench press (raise weight) x 5sets , then move on to incline press for 5 sets

or to do, 1 set of bench press, then go to flyes and incline, then go back to bench press?, idk, i prefer to do the same exercise 5 times in a row , raising the weight each time, but I find this tires me more making me do less reps

also, how much rest should i have in between each exercise / reps? ive been doing it like this lately as a new change

bench press (Warmup set) - rest 1min, raise weight, bench press, 1 min rest

is that the right way to do it?

for 5x5, you need to do one set right after the other....do not jump between exercises.

for rest, you want about 1 minute between sets, and 2 minutes between exercises.
