Hey there. You need proper electrolyte balance in your system. This means:
2,000mg sodium per day
4,000mg potassium per day
2,000mg calcium per day
2,000mh magnesium per day
Also consider drinking a bit more water in the hours leading up to your run - this gives you the hydration required for the run - remember, hydrating just before a run is ineffective compared to pre-hydration.
