arent simple carbs, carbs from sugar? i.e. candy, syrup, soda etc ( jst sounds weird to be eating this stuff on a daily basis, even tho it will only be for 5-6 days

If you are looking for 200g protein, 400g carbs, and 60g fat for the last week, try this:
Meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal + 3 whole eggs w/ 4 additional egg whites + 8 oz glass grape juice
Meal 2 - 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup black beans, 6 oz chicken + veggies
Meal 3 - 40g protein shake + 20oz gatorade
Meal 4 - 3 oz (dry weight) whole grain pasta + 5 oz LEAN ground beef (93/7 preferred)
Meal 5 - 1 large sweet potato + 6 oz chicken + 2 cups green veggies
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + peanut butter + bran muffin
that should do the trick.
