yep, grape juice is great. Basically anything with sugar - gatorade, dextrose, waxy maize, fruit like grapes/grape juice or bananas, or white rice/white bread.

hey wondering how long will i be doing keto for my comp on june 12th?

all the way up till the last week probably? cuz i kno the last week is very important in getting into best shape possible and the diet routine will be much different, correct?

You want to do it up until the last week - however the last week you will need to start doing carb loading!! Cut down the fat, keep protein around 200g, and CARB LOAD!! You will use TCL (Targeted carb load) which means:

Morning - simple and complex
meal 2 - complex
meal 3 - simple and complex
meal 4 - complex
meal 5 - complex
meal 6 - slow acting complex

24-48 hrs before the contest begins gradual dehyration to get that "dry" look. About 1 hr before going on stage, slam sugar. FLAT coke (flat is important, no carbonation) and snicker bars, etc.

yes, on NON keto diets...16 oz of grapefruit juice a day has proven to increase fat loss around 1 lb per week in a test group (with standard calorie restriction and exercise)

hmm pretty interesting..

is there any way you could throw together a meal plan for the last week for me?

arent simple carbs, carbs from sugar? i.e. candy, syrup, soda etc ( jst sounds weird to be eating this stuff on a daily basis, even tho it will only be for 5-6 days :P )
and complex carbs like broccoli, potatoes, beans, oatmeal etc?

also i only imagine how busy u are, this isnt top priority since the comp rlly isnt till a few months

If you are looking for 200g protein, 400g carbs, and 60g fat for the last week, try this:


Meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal + 3 whole eggs w/ 4 additional egg whites + 8 oz glass grape juice
Meal 2 - 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup black beans, 6 oz chicken + veggies
Meal 3 - 40g protein shake + 20oz gatorade
Meal 4 - 3 oz (dry weight) whole grain pasta + 5 oz LEAN ground beef (93/7 preferred)
Meal 5 - 1 large sweet potato + 6 oz chicken + 2 cups green veggies
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + peanut butter + bran muffin

that should do the trick.

hmm thats like a 3k meal plan, but i can adjust it to fit my specific BMI

for this week shld i still b on like a 200-500 cal deficit?

NO!

on the last week you are on exact caloric requirements. So if you are burning 2,500 - take in 2,500. Do not take a loss on the last week.
